("VGlence", "we", "our", or "us"), along with the respective Developer of a plotted layout project ("Developer"), collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you ("User", "you") use the white-labeled digital platform ("Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of This Policy:

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the white-labeled web and mobile application provided by the Developer and powered by VGlence. The platform is designed exclusively for managing and accessing plotted layout information, documents, and community interactions.

2. Information We Collect

• User-identifiable data:
  • We may gather personal information from users through various interactions with our site. This may include, though is not limited to, visits to the site, account registration and services. Depending on the context, users may be asked to provide details such as their name, email address, mailing or property address, phone number, and other relevant information.
  • Users have the option to explore our site anonymously. We only collect personal information when it is voluntarily shared by the user. While providing such details is entirely optional, choosing not to do so may limit access to certain site features or services.

  • When users interact with our app, we may also collect non-personal information that does not directly identify them. We collect your information to:

• Facilitate access to your plot/layout information
• Store and retrieve property-related documents
• Enable secure communication with co-owners and the Developer
• Provide site updates, notifications, and technical support

4. How the users data will be used:

Your Personal Data enables us to deliver services, facilitate platform access, and optimize your experience with its functions.

• We may use personal information for creation of account.
• To allow users to connect and engage with fellow platform members.
• We use personal information of users to for the purpose to improve the customer service, to develop the app and to send the periodic emails.
• We may analyze data, combining analytics information with your Personal Data, to develop a more comprehensive user profile. This helps us enhance our services, offering tailored content and personalized information to better meet your needs.
• We use your personal data to address your inquiries, comments, and feedback; to resolve any issues you encounter on the Platform or with our products and services; and to consider and implement your suggestions. Additionally, we may contact you to facilitate access to the Platform or to assist you in effectively using the Platform and its services.

• The Developer owns layout-related content and has administrative control over access rights.
• You, as the End User, control your visibility to co-owners and may update or delete your personal information at any time via settings.
• VGlence acts as the technology provider and custodian of data under strict confidentiality, with no rights to commercialize or share your data outside the Platform.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure:

• We do not sell or rent your personal data.
• Your data may only be shared with:
  • The Developer (to provide layout-specific services)
  • Verified co-owners within the same layout (only with your consent)
  • Law enforcement or regulatory authorities, only if legally required
  • Service providers, field verifiers or other parties who help operate the Platform or deliver the Services.

7. Data Security Measures:

• VGlence implements industry-standard security protocols, including:
  • End-to-end encryption of sensitive data
  • Secure cloud storage with access logs
  • Role-based access and multifactor authentication for administrators
  • Regular audits and threat monitoring
• Despite best efforts, no platform is 100% immune to breaches. We recommend Users take precautions such as secure passwords and device protection.

8. Third-Party Sharing:

We do not sell or rent your personal data. However, certain third-party service providers may be engaged to support platform functionality. These may include:

• Cloud storage providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
• Analytics tools for app performance monitoring

10. Co-Owner Visibility & Sharing Controls:

• We respect your privacy and give you full control over whether your personal and plot details are visible to other users.
• By default, your name, contact information, and plot number are private and hidden from other users.
• You may choose to opt-in and share your contact/plot details with co-owners in your layout by enabling visibility in your settings.
• Once enabled, your data is only visible to other users within the same layout who have also opted in.
• Your consent also allows for the possibility of your details being shared upon request by another co-owner, solely for layout-related communication.
• No user is permitted to forward or reuse another user's data for non-layout or commercial purposes.
• You may revoke visibility at any time, after which your data will no longer be accessible to other co-owners.
• We monitor misuse and reserve the right to restrict access for any user who violates these terms.

11. Data Retention:

• Your data will be retained for as long as your account is active or as required by the Developer.
• Upon request, you may delete your data or account by contacting the Developer or using the in-app request feature.

12. Children's Privacy:

This Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

13. Cross-Border Utilization:

While the Platform is primarily designed for users and Developers located in India, users may access the platform from outside India. In such cases:

• Your data may be accessed, viewed, or stored on servers located outside your jurisdiction, subject to the laws of the server location.
• By using the Platform from any location outside India, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and Indian data protection regulations.
• VGlence ensures that any cross-border data transfers adhere to appropriate safeguards, including secure encrypted connections and access controls.
